CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO MNS, ANYTIME I WANT?
Yes. You can subscribe to MNS service anytime simply by sending the keyword of your desired product to 4900. To get the list of keywords for all available MNS products, please send HELP to 4900.
MNS service gives you an option to choose a monthly or weekly subscription. You can also choose to get your favorite MNS products delivered to your phone via SMS, MMS or WAP. Simply send HELP to 4900 to see MNS product list and choose.
WHAT DO I BENEFIT FROM MNS SERVICE?

CAN I RECOMMEND MNS SERVICE TO MY FRIEND?
Yes you can recommend MNS service to your friend. Simply send ‘Recommend space your friends number to 4900 (e.g.: Send ‘Recommend 08099451221’ to 4900) and your friend will get an SMS notification of how to register for the service. You will not be charged for recommending MNS to your friend even when your friend subscribes to the service.
HOW WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO THE MNS SERVICE AFFECT THE CURRENT BENEFITS I ENJOY ON MY LINE; LIKE BONUS ON INCOMING CALLS, UNLIMITED SMS ETC?
When you subscribe to MNS service, this has no negative effect on the current benefits you enjoy on your line such as Bonus on Incoming calls, Unlimited SMS etc
I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO MNS SERVICE AND CHOSEN A PRODUCT (E.G. GUARDIAN NEWSPAPER MONTHLY - I SENT TGM TO 4900), WHY CAN’T I RECEIVE THE MMS?
First make sure you are using an MMS enabled phone Then make sure you have subscribed to the MNS Service. To Subscribe to an MNS product of your choice, you need to send the desired keyword to 4900 (e.g. Send VNM to 4900). Please confirm that you have opened GPRS functionality Please check the phone's MMS-related settings are properly configured Please check the phone's MMS settings on the "MMS extraction method" settings are correct, whether the error is set to "rejected", or whether it is set to "manual receive", but did not extract a timely manner. For the convenience of receiving MMS, it is recommended set to "automatic extraction." Check whether the phone's memory has been filled and cannot receive a new MMS Please try to restart your mobile phones, some mobile phone boot time is too long and can cause system instability, switching the cell phone off and then opening, may cause the receiver fault to disappear
