We are pleased to inform you that the permanent employees have been migrated from the staff plan to customer tariff plan. This is to enable all staff to work in the shoes of customers and identify their pain points quicker which will ensure that they are more agile in initiating resolutions.
The current monthly airtime/data N6,000 (airtime) and N5,000 (value of data) has been increased to a lump sum of N30,000.
The business rules of the commercial class of any service plan of their choice applies;

ü Data rollover feature( “Staff are more In control”).
ü Eligible for bonuses, freebies and promos( where applicable).

POINTS TO NOTE
1. The monthly data has now been monetized and is part of the N30,000 monthly credit.
2. Data rollover will only apply if it’s available on your choice commercial plan and also, if it is
based on the validity period of the activated data plan.
3. The 2GB daily work from home support initiate will still be received.
4. If the credit accrued in a month for voice is not used up, the credit will be Nil by midnight at the end of the month.
5. There is a N6000 limit to the amount of credit gifting from the new N30,000 new allowance.
