In a bid to ensure that our non-multi simmer customers spend their wallet on the network, the HIGH VALUE CUSTOMER FREE SIM INITIATIVE CAMPAIGN has been introduced.
This campaign is aimed at discouraging these sets of customers from sharing their wallet with other competitors by offering a free SIM to be picked up at MTN designated shops close to the identified High-Value customer’s location.
Personalized SMS will be sent to identified customers to visit the closest shop for a free SIM card and the YAFUN YAFUN benefits will be shared with these customers upon visitation.
POINTS TO NOTE
Customers will be accorded premium service at our store and be attended to immediately.
The SIM cost of N400 will be waived for customers who receive the SMS
Customers can enjoy amazing benefits on either of the tariff plans

Give priority to MyCustomer
Sell the new line on IFS using the price list #HVC
After registration and line activation raise a service request under SIM REQUEST with Subcategory – HVC FREE SIM
Use MoMo to fund the line; this will count a unique MoMo transaction
Ensure MyCustomer performs a chargeable activity to prevent the NCC 48hours barring rule
Educate customer on the benefits of the MTN YafunYafun
