We are excited to inform you of the launch of our Exclusive data offer for Postpaid customers effective today 10th February 2021. This offer delivers value for money (VFM) and competitive prices to all postpaid subscribers on our network.
What: MTN Consumer Postpaid Data Plans are data bundles that can be purchased by MTN Customers on the Consumer Postpaid tariff plans ONLY. The bundles are:
· 13GB at N4,000 valid for 30days.
· 20GB at N6,000 valid for 30days.
· 35GB at N8,000 valid for 60days
Who: ONLY Customers on the Consumer Postpaid tariff plans can purchase the bundles.
How: MyCustomer® can subscribe to any of the MTN Consumer Postpaid data bundles via the following
channels:
1. USSD: Dial *131*1*3# or *123*3# and select your preferred data plan
2. SMS: Send the bundle plan keyword to 131. (See table below for keywords).
3 MyMTNApp: download and log on to the MTN mobile App then select your preferred data plan from the monthly plan
4 MyMTNWeb: by logging on to www.mymtn.com.ng then your preferred data plan from the monthly plan

How do I check my MTN Data Bundle balance?
A. You will be able to check your data bundle balance via the following channels:
§ SMS: Texting 2 to 131
§ USSD: Dialling *131*4# (for main data bundle and bonus), or *556#
§ myMTN App
§ myMTN Web
Q. Will other tariff plans be allowed to purchase the Consumer Postpaid data plans?
A. No. Customer that is not on Consumer Postpaid Data plan will not be allowed to buy the Consumer Postpaid Data plan via any of the eligible channels.
Q. Can I share my MTN Consumer Postpaid Data Bundles?
A. Yes, you will be able to transfer from your Consumer postpaid data bundle to another Consumer Postpaid line by dialing *131*Phone number* Data amount# or, text Transfer<space>Phone number<space>Data amount and send to 131.
Note: You will ONLY be able to transfer from your Consumer postpaid data bundle to a line that is also on Consumer Postpaid tariff plan.
Q. Will I be able to enjoy data bonus offers when I activate a data bundle?
A. Yes, you will be able to enjoy 100%, and any other bonus offers you are eligible for on the network whenever you buy a data bundle. The offer includes.
§ 100% 4G Upgrade Bonus: this offer is available only on N15000 and below N5000 data bundles (excluding N500 for 2GB 2-Day Plan) beginning from month 1 to month 3 after upgrading your SIM to 4G.
§ 100% Device Bonus: you will get a 100% data bonus only when you buy data bundles from N5000 and below buy with a newly activated phone/device.
