– Certification to ISO13485 and compliance to defined performance standards
– Compliance with all local and national regulations pertaining to the products being distributed
– Considering the external and internal issues that are relevant to the distribution of products and services provided, the strategic direction and the effect on the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet requirements
– Determining the risks and opportunities to achieve its objectives
– Establishing processes and procedures and providing documentation information to manage and improve or comply to the safety, performance and quality of it’s products, services
– Following good business ethics and practices
– Implementing Good Manufacturing & Distribution Practices ensuring Safety, Health and Hygiene to the products, employees, community and any other stakeholders
– Ensuring that employees are aware and trained regarding the above
– Implementing and ensuring that objectives are reviewed and measured during the management review to enable a sustainable policy of safe and effective products and good business practices
