  • The first author of the abstract should be a member of the ISMRM or the ISMRM JPC. Please join the ISMRM member or the ISMRM-JPC member in advance. / 演題の筆頭著者はISMRMの会員もしくは ISMRM JPCの国内会員に限ります．演題投稿される場合は，先にISMRMもしくはISMRM JPCにご入会ください．

  • The meeting will be held online. In order to provide the opportunities for English presentation and discussion, the meeting focuses on oral presentation of contributed papers. / 本大会は，オンラインによる開催になります．英語による発表と議論の機会を提供することを第一の目的とし、一般講演（英語による口頭発表．ポスター発表はなし）を中心に実施いたします．

  • The presentation will be in English and the time for each presenter will be about 10 minutes including Q&A session. / 発表は英語で行い，講演時間は質疑を含め，約10分です．

  • The abstracts will be reviewed by the meeting committee. / 投稿された抄録は大会委員により査読されます．

  • The abstract book will be downloaded by all participants. / 抄録集は，参加者の皆様にPDFファイルでダウンロードいただける形で作成する予定です．

Abstract Preparation

  • Abstract details / 抄録の詳細:

    • Language: English / 言語：英語

    • Size: One A4 page / サイズ：A4 1ページ

    • File format: MS-Word or PDF / ファイル形式：ワードもしくはPDF

    • Minimum Font Size: 10-point for the text, 8-point for the figure legend and references / 最小フォントサイズ：テキスト10pt, 図の説明および参考文献8pt

    • File Size: Less than 10MB / ファイルサイズ10MB以内

  • Please use the abstract template. / テンプレートファイルをご利用ください． [Template WORD file]

  • Rename your abstract file as "Firstname_Familyname.docx". (Ex. John_Smith.docx) / ファイル名を英語で"名_姓.docx"としてください．（例：Taro_Yamada.docx）

Abstract Submission

  • There are two ways to submit your abstract. Please choose the following a or b. / 以下の２つの方法のどちらかにより投稿ください．

a) Submit via Google form (recommended, but Google account is required) / Googleフォームから提出（推奨，Googleアカウントが必要です）

  1. Login to your Google account / Googleアカウントにログインする

  2. Access to Submission form / Googleフォームにアクセスする Submission form

  3. Fill in the blanks and upload your abstract / 必要事項を記載し，ファイルをアップロードする

b) Submit via Email / Eメールにより提出

  • Subject / メールの件名: "Abstract submission"

  • Include your first name, family name and institution in the message body. / メール本文に投稿者の姓名，所属を英語で記載ください．

  • In addition, choose your English presentation skill from below and write it in the message body. We use the information for the program organization. / 発表者の英語発表能力を下記から選択し，メール本文に記載ください．プログラム編成の参考に致します．

  1. Beginner / 初級者 2. Intermediate / 中級者 3. Expert, Native speaker / 熟達者, 英語母語話者

  • Please attach your abstract file / 抄録のファイルを添付してください．
