Welcome to Islie's Island

As I am starting a new, more hopeful, chapter of my life, I feel that it is time for me to gather together some of my TLC memories, as well as make a good place to keep some new memories. This website will do both of those things for me.

I first came to TLC at a time when I was very much in need of healing. That means that many of my TLC memories are connected with very painful memories of what was happening inside of me at that time. Now I want to collect some TLC things that bring the memories of warmth, of healing, of being wanted. Because, I remember the hurt enough without being reminded every time I look at things from my past. So, this is why I am making this new place to keep TLC things, instead of continuing in one of the old places. And this is why not everything is being kept here. But many of my favorite things are here. :)
