CPAN expects all of our dogs to be spayed and neutered without exception.  As our mission is to stop the overpopulation of dogs, we can't have any of our dogs reproducing.  Please contact us to set up your spay/neuter when your vet says they are ready to do so. Please contact us when the spay/neuter is done.  We will update your adoption contract to show compliance once it is complete.
