Reserving your room at the Captain Cook Hotel

We have a block of rooms reserved for the conference at a special discounted rate of $195/night. You can select a room with either one king-sized bed or a room with two queen-sized beds. The latter is good if you want a roommate and share the costs (the cost is always $195/night, with double or single occupancy). Photos are available below.

It's very important that you book your room through the room block. This gives you the best price for the dates of the conference as well as a few days on either side. It also assures that we meet our contract obligations. Please make your reservations before September 1.
