IMSA GT Championship – GTO/GTU (1977–1985)
RevoSlot Camel Cup
"IMSA GT Championship – GTO/GTU (1977–1985)” (or simply “Classic IMSA GT 1977–1985”).
These exact (or extremely close) cars all competed in the same real series — the IMSA GT Championship — during that window. this era featured a fantastic mix of European exotics (Porsches), Japanese rotaries (Mazda), and American muscle (Mustangs/Capris) all fighting on the same tracks (Daytona, Sebring, Road Atlanta, Laguna Seca, etc.).
Porsche 934 (Brumos #61 or similar 1977 liveries) → Ran in IMSA GTO in 1977 (the turbocharged 934 was a dominant force in that class alongside other Porsches).
Mazda RX-7 Akai #7 (Racing Beat) → Ran in IMSA GTU in 1980 and won the GTU championship that year. The RX-7 went on to dominate GTU for most of the 1980s (8 straight titles from 1980–1987).
Ford Mustang GTO #65 Motorcraft (Roush Protofab) → Competed in IMSA GTO in 1985 and was part of Ford’s strong manufacturer effort that year.
They didn’t all line up on the exact same grid in one single race because the years are spread out (1977 → 1980 → 1985), but they absolutely raced in the same championship under the same rulebook during the golden era of American sports car racing. IMSA GT had two main production-based classes at the time:
GTO (Grand Touring Over 2.5L) — home of the big Porsche 934/935s, Corvettes, and later the Roush Mustangs.
GTU (Grand Touring Under 2.5L) — where the nimble Mazda RX-7s took over from early Porsche and Datsun dominance starting in 1980.

You are free to adjust these as you see fit
