Cabagan is a 1st class municipality in the province of Isabela. According to the latest census, it has a population of 43,562 people in 7,250 households.
Cabagan had been the business center of three nearby towns (Santa Maria, San Pablo and Santo Tomas) before they had their own market center. It is locally famous for its pancit Cabagan. Its people are called Ybanag. Nowadays, Ybanags are well-educated and the source of the province's top politicians, professionals and a world class athlete.
During Christmas, the Cabagan Square Park could be seen flashing brightly with many Christmas lights and lanterns. Cabagan's top schools are Cabagan Science Elementary School and Isabela State University Science and Technology High School.
The Malasi lake is a sanctuary for migratory birds located in barangay San Antonio and has been hailed by the DENR. The Taguinod Cattle Ranch in Sitio Carumay is an ecofriendly farm where you can find different crops, the world-famous carabao mango and also a place to find pure breed American Brahman cattles. Delfin Albano is a 4th class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. The municipality was formerly known as Magsaysay, Isabela. It was named after the former Congressman, Hon. Delfin Albano. According to the latest census, it has a population of 26,614 people in 6,637 households.

The municipality of Divilacan is situated in Northeastern Isabela. It is one of the four coastal municipalities of the province. The town is bounded on the north by the town of Maconacon; on the east by the vast Philippine Sea; on the west by the towns of Tumauini and Ilagan and on the south by the town of Palanan.
Based on the technical description of the town when it was created, it has an approximate land area of 120,000 hectares. However, in 1996, a perimeter survey jointly conducted by the municipal government and the Land Management Bureau, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office 02, rectified the land area of the town to 89,202 hectares, including a contested area of 253 hectares in Barangay Dimapnat.

Tumauini is a 1st class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 67,650 people in 15,541 households.
This quiet town boasts of a famous historical landmark, the Tumauini Church. Built in the 1870s by the Dominicans, the church has a unique cylindrical bell tower made of bricks. In Addition, also one of the popular tourist attraction of the town is the Camp Samal Resort and Leisure Park were known as a semi-Tagaytay because of its high altitude where one can view the entire town in the west, south and north and the Cordillera Sierra Madre in the east.
There is little commercial activity for a town of its size. However, there is a sizeable market providing venues for sales of fruits, vegetables, meats, VCDs, and firecrackers.

The municipality is located approximately between 17 degrees, 2 minutes and 17 degrees, 14 minutes north latitude and 121 degrees, 45 minutes and 122 degrees, 30 minutes east longitude.
Ilagan is approximately 96 kilometers from Tuguegarao and 130 kilometer from Bayombong. It is 292 air kilometers north of Manila and is linked with metro city by the national highway via Sta. Fe. By this highway, the distance between these two points is about 400 kilometers.
