Members Ranks
Each rank differs from time in the Iron Lords. Each member is responsible to actively participate with Iron Lord members while following all Iron Lord Code of Conduct. Members may participate in all Activities/Events, and prized tournaments. Prize events may have additional time requirements.
Honorable Lord
(Rank Equivalent: Recruit, Private, & Private First Class)

Prerequisite: Join the Iron Temple server and knows the Code of Conduct
Senior Lord
(Rank Equivalent: Corporal, Sergeant, & Staff Sergeant)

Description: Active Member
Prerequisite: Active member who has shown loyalty and honor in their first months in the clan
Elder Lord

Prerequisite: Members who have shown loyalty, dedication, and experience within the Iron Lords for a long time

Staff Officers
Staff Officers
Each rank differs from which job they do in the Iron Lords.They are required to maintain their job and to provide a weekly report to their respective leaders. All staff officer ranks are equal.
Unit Lieutenant

Description: The entry-level Officer rank, who typically leads a platoon under the Company command.
Duties: The Lieutenant has the responsibility of assigning positions, keeping the party in order, issuing instructions, and in-game direction. May enforce the rules for their activities, kick members from attending activities they hold (report the problem), and assist members in creating and hosting activities.
Prerequisite: Actively participates in clan activities for 1 month.
Authority: Have access to events and announcement chat.

Description: Usually the Executive Officer (XO) of the company, the Captain is second in command and executes orders from the Major, but can be the Commanding Officer in absence of a Major, or can lead a platoon if necessary.
Duties: The Captain has the responsibility of assigning positions, keeping the party in order, issuing instructions, and in-game direction. May enforce the rules for their activities, kick members from attending activities they hold (report the problem), and assist members in creating and hosting activities.
Prerequisite: Actively participates in clan activities for 1-2 months as a Lieutenant.
Authority: Have access to events and announcement chat.

Description: The Major commands a Company, and is also referred to as the Company's Commanding Officer (CO). They are the highest rank in the Company command.
Duties: The Major has the responsibility of assigning positions, keeping the party in order, issuing instructions, and in-game direction. May enforce the rules for their activities, kick members from attending activities they hold (report the problem), and assist members in creating and hosting activities.
Prerequisite: Actively participates in clan activities for 3-4 months as a Captain.

Duties: INTERNAL CLAN SECURITY (ICS) officers help to resolve conflicts between members, remind clan members to follow the rules, to report problems (or potential ones) to the ICS Director, and to report on issues in High Command meetings when necessary.
Authority: May mute and kick members at senior level
Prerequisite: Request to the ICS Director for the rank. Will have to pass a ICS test.

These ranks are considered Flag Officers. Their duties and responsibilities require a high degree of time and effort to provide and assure Iron Lords is providing all members with the best possible gaming community.

Duties: Command the daily operations of a game fleet they’re assigned to.

Duties: Performing the duties of an ICS Officer, manages and is responsible for the team of ICS Officers, along with the training of new ICS Officers.

Description: Owner
Duties: Command the daily operations of the Temple and Council
Authority: Oversee Council, may promote and demote to any rank, approve Grey Wolves, select Web Team & Activity Directors, select council members and issue community bans. The Grand Lord/Lady can override decisions if a decision may harm the members or the community.
