Cheating in Iron Lords is a direct violation of the Code of Conduct and can lead to a removal from the clan. If you suspect cheating from another member, please collect evidence and produce it to your chain of command for review.
Modded Games, maps, and pictures are considered ‘fun mods' since they do effect the game but it is not cheating someone out of exp or a level up and therefore are permitted in Iron Lords.
Harassing comments of sexism, discrimination, and racism of any kind is unwanted and not tolerated in the clan. If evidence is presented of these actions an investigation will be performed by the council.
Iron Lords is a drama free community. All drama is expected to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. A Master Lord or higher can be included as an advisor on the situation at hand. If drama is not dealt with quickly and fairly, consequences can be handed down to all those involved. Breaking the Code of Conduct should not be permitted at any rank in Iron Lords.
1st strike - an GML & or ML will talk through the reason for the strike, then talk to the member of the warning. First, talk about why this is happening. Second, how can we resolve the issue? Third, place a strike upon the member based on their actions (i.e. if the member is not wanting to resolve the issue).
2nd strike - The Lords of the High Council will convene and work through the issue. It is required that the Council have evidence before taking an action. Our main priority is to resolve the issue and move on, not to further stress the people involved. Further action will be taken if the member causes more issues (i.e. if the member is not wanting to resolve the issue.)
Upon the 3rd strike - the member will receive a final warning there will be a community ban placed on them. This community ban will not be reversed unless this member can prove that extreme circumstances. The decision to overrule the three strikes will be decided by the Admiral residing over that company that the member wants to rejoin in. The Council will make the final decision on what happens. A resolution will be attempted before banning or kicking a member.
All meetings regarding strikes, the council will convene to figure out how we proceed on the issue. All final measures will be used, before a final decision (a ban or a kick). The member(s) will be talked to about the strikes that have been issued to them. A strike should be issued as soon as possible after the issue has arised.
