Silver Fangs

In the beginning there was a time when a group of Druids, Necromancers, and Sorceress got together to create a clan called Silver Fangs. The founders Durandal (Slynok), Mageblood, and KibaX found the group was rapidly growing and they expanded across the following titles:

• Diablo 2

• StarCraft

• Dota

• Phantasy Star Online

• Half-Life

• Counter-Strike

• Garry's Mod

• Halo 2

Silver Fangs, Xtreme Gamers Online, and The Great Alliance

During Halo 3 Durandal meets Iguana117 in a random Big Team Battle game with both their clans. They became such close friends they both agreed to combine their clans together to create TheGreatAlliance. Both leaders agreed that members in the clan must have TheGreat[NameHere] as the clan tag. [Fun fact: To this day you can still see members with the clan tag in Halo games.] They both changed their names: TheGreatWaffles (Durandal) & TheGreatBrownie (Iguana117). Later in time TheGreatDriver (Orion) joins TGA bringing in his group of friends. TGA was a powerful clan with member count hitting in the 800+ with 7 Divisions! When the next generation of consoles were coming many members didn't like the idea of Xbox One and wanted to switch to PS4. This caused a big split within the clan. Many members ended up leaving and created their own clans while some others stopped gaming in general due to college/work. The following titles TGA expanded on:

• Call of Duty MW2, Call of Duty World at War, & Call of Duty Black Ops

Dealer's Choice and Band of Waifus

After the split between TGA, Durandal (Waffel) took the remaining members on console and combined the PC divisions creating Dealer's Choice. Waffel and a small group of the members tried out VRChat running into a person name Smauffle creating a Imperial German army group. They joined him as a side clan just for VRChat... Overtime Waffel had many ideas to help Smauffle's group grow and organized, but he declined. Waffel and his friends ended up creating a power house Band of Waifus clan. BoW was growing extremely rapid and out of control. Smauffle's members kept on attacking BoW's discord server causing people to leave. Many members in BoW didn't like each other and ideas causing a civil war within the group. Waffel decided to end the group and take the members that will follow him in Dealer's Choice. Dealer's Choice, Guardians of the Brew, Black Flag, Ash's Midway, and Split BoW Clans

Overtime Durandal wanted to bring back the TheGreatAlliance community. He spoke to many of his allied leaders to create this alliance. With a surprise they all agreed! Dealer's Choice, Guardians of the Brew, Black Flag, Ash's Midway, and a few smaller split BoW clans all agree on creating the current Iron Lords! We continue to scale sensibly, piloting ever-forward. Our future, much like our history, is ours to create.

Coming up on 20 years, the world of gaming and gaming communities has changed. New games come with new challenges. Navigating this new universe requires foundational improvements, strong leadership, and new tools. Adaptation is the pillar of survival.
