The Best Thing to Get Pinned on Walls

I do drawings in digital and traditional as "Drawing" is my middle name. From chill and harmony, to fantasy and hilarious, they all are my cup of tea.

  • Turntable Lizard is a reference for a group project. I design this dummy and now everyone can look at him with no blind spot.

  • Sleepless Slug is a random idea because of a sudden thought with this tongue twister name. It is a nonsense but it completely reasonable in the world of drawing.

  • Skull For Lacerta, with the honour of lacerta-skull... An random idea come out in the time I am enjoying 80s cartoon and reptile biology. It's also mix with myself, my other creation, and my life.

  • FlameSpell is cool in outside and combusting in inside. It's a side character in my daydream, but its awesome looking deserve to get a pic.

  • Chilling Troll is just smoothing my nerves and keeping things slow. Always Remember Self Care.

Character Design

These character were born and highly active in a comedy animation short.

I worked with teammates in an animatic project. I am responsible for all visual elements, including character design, set design and storyboard.

Some other Characters

Classic artworks never die as they are pure gold. And I get some inspiration from them, along with my personal ideas and favour.

The Sheep is based on my brother's travel agent company in New Zealand. Instead of the stereotype of sheep being gentle and soft, I put some vibe of Monkey King, his passion and adventurous attitude. This is match with NZ being an X-game hotspot and visitors travel around the nation.

Mr.Mistoffelees, this is my redesign after I watch CATS(2019 film). The anthropomorphism in the movie is not enjoyable for me. I research the original musical performance and redesign this magical cat with my own taste of "werecat".

Series - My Life as a Dreaming Fish

When you wake up, you remember you are a fish, a common one. All of you swim in different directions but stay being a loop. It forms a tunnel, a asteroid belt made of fish. The intruder inside the core has no way to leave. They can only use tentacles to touch the unknown of the other side.

You get your head clear. You see a road, the one pointed out by tentacles. You spurt recklessly and never look back. You eventually get out from that place and you decide to look back. That place is dying and going towards the eternal void.

You shift your focus and pass by numerous abandoned bubbles. You read memories that stored inside, also known as the afterlives.

You break into the scene of night and you seek out the source of light. It resembles you. That, is the moon. You hug it to comfort its loneliness and your own loneliness. You feel safe from the surrounding of lambent light.

All of a sudden, memories of your whole life flashing on your sight and mix up together. When you retrieve consciousness, you are stuffed in colours of grey and you meet your fellows again. Meanwhile, you are falling, from a cloud. You see a girl with red umbrella wandering. A spark in your mind figure out you are her. Before you take action, you hit the ground.

You goes coma, also you awake. You are a girl. You hold a red umbrella. You are wandering. What do you want to do next?
