Q: The app isn’t recognizing my winning hand. What should I do?
A: Ensure your hand meets the win condition (4 melds + 1 pair, accounting for any chi/peng/kong melds). If you believe there’s a bug, contact us with a screenshot of your hand and the wildcard.
Q: Can I play offline?
A: Yes, the Mahjong app is fully functional offline, with no internet connection required.

A: Check for updates in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you have the latest version.
