Mindfulness & Yogic Meditation Series in Austin Wednesday Evenings August 15th-October 10th, 2018 1212 Chicon Street, Austin.
This series unfolded all the koshas using iRest Yoga Nidra in its guided form. We placed emphasis on unfolding the sheaths of the body and breath/energy to allow for the transformation of anxiety, tension in the body, negative thought patterns and "stuck places". We rested alone and together in the vast, timeless ease of the present moment. Some participants described this experiences as feeling like a "mind massage" or the sense that they felt they had "come home to their true nature."
