GridBuddy chatbot

GridBuddy is a mobile app and utility-website chat assistant that helps people understand their electricity bill in plain language and take one small, concrete action to reduce it. It targets four high-frequency, high-confusion tasks: explaining why the bill is what it is, identifying the most likely drivers, recommending three practical changes, and estimating what those changes could save.
