After scheduling the meeting, navigate to the Meet Setup section in I-Ready to attach the meeting link to your class assignments.
Sharing Meeting Links with Students
You can share the meeting link with students by posting it in Classwork or Stream within I-Ready. This ensures students receive the link in advance and can join the session without issues. You can also set up recurring meetings for ongoing classes, tutoring sessions, or office hours.
Enhancing Virtual Sessions
During virtual sessions, use Google Meet’s features like screen sharing to present materials, provide demonstrations, or discuss student work. Encourage students to participate in discussions via voice or chat, and make sure to engage them using interactive features, such as polls or questions. After the session, you can share a recording of the lesson for students to review later.
