How do I create an account?
Download the PropertyIQ app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email address and create a password to get started.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password within a few minutes.
How do I save or favourite a property?
Tap the heart icon on any property listing to save it to your favourites. You can view all saved properties in the Saved tab.
Is PropertyIQ available on both iOS and Android?
Yes, PropertyIQ is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please email us at aaprzy@gmail.com and we will process your request within 7 days.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. We take all bug reports seriously and aim to fix issues quickly.
