In charge of the support and coordination of the French network of chambers of skilled crafts and trades to develop transnational learning mobility for apprentices, young workers and staff and to develop strategic partnerships. Well experienced in European project management, she is currentlyi n charge of an ongoing staff mobility project KA1 which concerns innovation and excellence in VET and pedagogical innovation with a related KA2 project MOB’INNOV. CMA France is accredited in ERASMUS+. CMA France is also member of SMEUnited and she takes part in various European and National committees and steering groups to follow European initiatives concerning VET.
Teacher in Italian and in History and Geography for 30 years at the Apprentice Training Center of Digne les Bains. This campus has 30 years of experience in the mobility of apprentices and Gisèle has 15 years of experience in the organisation of mobility for apprentices in Germany and Italy up to 3 weeks. Since 6 years, she is Mobility coordinator for The Regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur Region. Her mission is to organise regional coordination with the 7 regional university of crafts (URMA) in the region in order to gradually develop Erasmus+ mobility for all apprentices. The last Erasmus+ KA1 project included grants for apprentices but also for trainers to Italy and Slovenia.
Rasmus Flick is a project developer for The West Sweden Chamber of Commerce (WSCC) and manages the Chamber's initiative with apprenticeships at upper secondary level and adult education. The WSCC is an associated partner to the KA3 project Young people with values “YoPeva” and the Chamber is an active partner in the cooperation partnership KA220 for European Apprenticeship RoadMap. Rasmus has a degree in Economics and Political Science from the Gothenburg School of Economics and the University of Gothenburg.
She was the project manager of the federal program of gender equality at the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation, where she also led the Swiss participation in the European Gender-NET project from 2014-2016. Since 2017 she is the programme coordinator in the VET sector at Movetia. Her primary mandate is to establish cooperation projects and networks with European actors as well as developing the evaluation of outcome and impact effects of exchange and mobility.
