IPSF West Irvine Elementary Musical FAQ’s

1. What Elementary Schools are being accepted to participate in the West Irvine Elementary Musical?

   • Greentree

   • College Park

   • Deerfield

   • Irvine Virtual Academy

2. How do I enroll in the Musical?
   HOW TO REGISTER:

   • Login at programs.ipsf.net. Please use Chrome or Safari as your browser; older versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.

   • If you have not created a User Email/Password account, you will need to create one for yourself. Click “Create An Account”. Once you have successfully created a parent profile, you will be directed to login.

   • Click on “Add a Student” to create profiles for each of your students if one does not already exist. For existing students, verify profiles are up to date including grade, homeroom, t-shirt size and transportation.

   • Click “Register for Classes”.

   • Select the desired class(es) and checkout.

   • Once you have checked out, you will receive an email confirmation listing your student’s class enrollment.

3. When do I need to enroll and how much is the cost?
   All students must be enrolled by their audition date. Class fee is $265.00 ($215.00 for 1st-2nd grade).

4. What if I need a scholarship?
   Need based scholarships are available. Click Here for the application. Application must be returned with proper income documentation no later than 3 days before your student’s audition date. Applications can be submitted by email or via district mail from your school's front office. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

5. What does the class fee cover?

• Stipends to Directors and crew

• Sets

• Rental of costume pieces

• Musical t-shirt for each student 

• Rights to the Musical for production

• Use of facilities

  1. If my student does not get the part they want, can I get a refund?
     Not all students will get to play lead roles, but each student will be featured in songs and dances. The goal of the musical is for students to make friends, gain confidence and learn to work in a group. It is not who gets the lead roles. Refunds will not be given based on a student being unhappy with their part in the musical. 

Once registration is closed, no refunds will be given.
