Welcome to the 2nd Asia Regional Meeting of the International Plato Society “Forming the Soul: Plato and his Opponents” on 20~22 April 2018 in Taipei! You might have been planning for your trip. Here is some practical information.

The conference will start from the afternoon on 20 April and end at 14:20 on 22 April. We will provide all participants light food on the first day and lunch boxes on 21 and 22 April. The welcome coffee-tea party will be quite causal and serve light food. There will be no other events in the evenings. Check the latest version of Program here.

The climate of Taipei in late April is usually gentle, with some humidity. You may find a wide range of greens in the mountains Yang-Ming-Shan. It is the final week of the Calla lily season. We wish you a safe journey and a pleasant visit to Taiwan. We are also looking forward to the rich discussions on Plato with you, and with friends from all over the world.
