Overview

Bridging global manufacturing excellence with the demanding operational requirements of exploration and production (E&P) companies, this division ensures seamless procurement, strict regulatory adherence, and uncompromising reliability for upstream and midstream operations. 

Core Duties

◾ Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, export controls (including ITAR/EAR compliance where applicable), and rigorous local oil and gas safety standards.

◾ Supply Chain Management: Oversight of end-to-end global logistics, specialized freight forwarding, secure warehousing, and advanced inventory control for complex oilfield machinery.

◾ Quality Assurance: Comprehensive inspection, testing, and certification of all imported and exported hardware to guarantee complete compliance with API (American Petroleum Institute) and ISO standards.

◾ Risk Management: Mitigation of financial, geopolitical, and operational risks associated with cross-border shipping, high-value asset transit, and hazardous material handling.

Key Responsibilities

◾ Procurement & Sourcing: Identification, vetting, and partnership management with elite global manufacturers for critical drilling, completion, and production equipment.

◾ Customs Brokerage: Preparation and precision filing of shipping documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to eliminate port delays.

◾ Client Consultation: Expert guidance for exploration and production (E&P) operators regarding equipment selection, field compatibility, and hardware availability.

◾ After-Sales Support: Coordination of lifecycle equipment maintenance, warranty claims, expert field repairs, and genuine spare parts replacement.

◾ Global Import/Export Brokerage: End-to-end management of complex cross-border shipments via sea, air, and land freight.

◾ Equipment Rental & Leasing: Provision of flexible short- or long-term drilling rigs, high-pressure pumps, blowout preventers (BOPs), and premium tubular goods.
