Fees & Payment System
PR Consultation Fee Rates: 150 USD to 1,000 USD (per hour) Tax Inclusive
The PR Consultation Fee Rate will be calculated based on the project type, urgency, location, and duration.
PR Commission: Negotiable
PR Service-Level Agreement Fee: 5 hours x PR Consultation Fee
Private PR Report Fee: 10 hours x PR Consultation Fee
Reputation Report Fee:
― Individual/Personal (In the Gulf Cooperation Council countries only)
2 hours x 1,000 USD
Including Administrative Fees and Document Shipping Cost

4 hours x 1,000 USD

Administrative Fees: the Admin Fees are flat fees.
◾ Project Registration Fee = 10 USD
◾ Initial Administrative Fee = 30 USD
The Admin Fees are mandatory - payable in addition to the PR Consultation Fees and/or PR Commission.
Third-party Services Fees: Negotiable | Linked to the Risk-based Project Value (RPV)
Insurance Coverage Fees: The Insurance Coverage Fees are linked to the PR Project Value.
Standard Insurance Coverage Fee = 10% to 25% of the project value, with a minimum of 1,000 USD, and a maximum of 10,000 USD for projects related to real estate and human resources (only).
A single PR Service Agreement can absolutely include multiple projects, with each project detailed within the agreement's scope of work or through annexes, providing a comprehensive framework for the ongoing relationship between the client and the PR Agent/Consultant.
As for private projects, insurance coverage fees are determined according to the level of privacy, amount of risk, liability or potential loss.

Other payment options are accepted in some exceptional cases.
Cancellation Penalty (CP): Applicable - if the cancellation after signing the PR Service Agreement/Contract.
Refund Policy: the refund policy is added to all proforma invoices under Terms & Conditions.
◾ The Admin Fees are non-refundable.
◾ The PR Consultation Fee is non-refundable.
◾ The PR Service-Level Agreement Fee is non-refundable.
◾ The PR Commission is refundable (100%) to the payer; if the project is canceled by the service provider, but in the case of cancellation by the client;
Before the service start date; the PR Commission is refundable (100%).
After the service start date; only 30% is refundable.
The PR Commission is non-refundable in some cases and/or against formal approval via email.
