IPOC is about more than practices, games, and scoreboards. Beyond the Game creates opportunities for children, teens, families, and community members to learn practical skills, discover new talents, build confidence, and prepare for possibilities that reach far beyond the court.
IPOC believes sports can open the door—but the lessons, relationships, and opportunities built around them can reach much further.
Beyond the Game brings together programs designed to help people:
Develop practical life skills
Explore creativity and entrepreneurship
Prepare for emergencies
Build confidence through hands-on experiences
Discover talents outside athletics
Strengthen families and community connections
Learn skills they can carry into the future
The goal is not to replace sports.
It is to make sure the opportunities for learning, growth, leadership, and belonging do not end when the game does.
Not every child will discover their greatest strength through the same activity.
Some will shine on the court.
Some will create something with their hands.
Some will become confident leaders.
Some will learn how to help during an emergency.
Some will discover a skill, passion, or possibility they never knew existed.
Beyond the Game gives children and families more ways to participate, contribute, learn, and find the place where they belong.

Ready When It Matters and Future Founders Expo are only the beginning.
As Beyond the Game grows, IPOC will continue developing hands-on opportunities that help children, teens, and families explore practical skills, creativity, leadership, service, career interests, and new ways to connect with their community.
New programs and opportunities will be added as they become available.
