The most interesting topic in our course on Principles of Marketing is strategic market planning marketing attracts my interest because it provides insight into business planning from a lot of perspectives, such as decision-making and the organization's process for developing its strengths and objectives. Three methods in particular help me comprehend the degree of planning and the process of planning. The three levels of planning and the steps involved in strategic planning will help me. The first level is strategic planning, which is completed by the top-level manager; the second level is function planning, which is completed by the top functional level manager, who is a live CEO or director; and the third level is operational planning, which is completed by the supervisor manager.
