IPCAI 2022 is intended to be held in Tokyo, Japan from June 7th to 8th, 2022 as a hybrid event. Generally business trips to Japan are possible again with only a few travel restrictions in place. Currently quarantine is lifted for all travelers that received 3 doses of COVID vaccination and did not stay in any designated countries defined by the authorities. As of March 1st all visitors should obtain the Business Visa through Japan's consulate in their local region which needs proper invitation letters, unless a new border measure is introduced in near future. We invite you to monitor COVID measures closely for any changes.
