If Medcytix offers premium access through Apple In-App Purchase, all iOS purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment card details, bank information, billing credentials, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.
If you purchased premium access but cannot access premium features, please try the “Restore Purchase” option in the App first, if available.

If premium access does not appear after purchase, please try the following:
Make sure you are using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase
Open the App and tap “Restore Purchase,” if available
Make sure your device has an active internet connection
Close and reopen the App
Update the App to the latest available version
Restart your iPhone or iPad if the issue continues
If premium access still does not restore, contact us for support.
Refund requests for iOS purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We cannot directly issue App Store refunds ourselves because payment processing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
