Energy that stays still or does not flow through properly causes stagnation which can literally lead to health issues and the body deteriorating, just like a single car accident on the highway will slow down all the rest of the traffic, we must learn to remove the blockages so that things can begin to flow the way they are meant to.
The most important way to move energy around is by influencing our own emotions. Emotion = energy in motion. To get movement of the energy in our bodies we must learn how to trigger our emotions to allow the stored and stagnant energy to move allowing for new and fresh energy to be able to flow through.
If you have experienced an event that has created a block in our energy, that block will be felt and begin to manifest in our lives. For people who lie a lot, or simply never share their true feelings, the throat chakra will be blocked, and the stagnant energy there will feel like a "lump" in the person's throat. Only speaking your truth, and to those who matter, will unblock this and allow for the energy to continue its flow.
One easy way to trigger your emotions is to listen to music, which is pure vibration as it is sound, but be careful to listen to something that invokes the appropriate emotion. To release the block, we must bring ourselves back to the original situation inside our mind, and allow ourselves to feel out all the emotions that come with that scenario without allowing the ego to judge it for anything more than what it is, and then we can move on from the situation mentally after having accepted the outcome of it and where the result of it has brought us in life.
It is in the moment when we cannot accept something as it is, and decide to believe something else of the current situation that we can trip ourselves up and begin to inadvertently block our energy. Be honest and real with yourself and how the outside world makes you feel. Your discomforts are valid too and are worth bringing up to those who can make a difference. Don't lie to yourself about it!
