How to work in Teams

How to set Teams up on your PC?

Step 1

You will need a PC or a laptop computer (not a tablet or a smartphone).

Step 2

Please download Microsoft Teams. http://teams.microsoft.com/downloads then click “Run”.

Step 3

On your computer screen please find the programmes list
(on the left of the screen) then select Microsoft Teams icon and click.

Step 4

Enter your e-mail address, password and click “Sign in”.

How to join a Meeting?

• Please find a meeting invitation in the channel of your team
  or on your Teams Calendar.

• Open the meeting and click Join to join the meeting.

Double-check your audio and video input, turn on the camera, and unmute your microphone to be heard. Select “Join now” to enter the meeting.
