Hosting Institutions

Official recognition means the club has access to funding streams (e.g., Student Activity Funding Commissions), campus facilities, and the use of university branding. Each hosting institution is different in how it supports student groups.

Industry Partners

We partner with organizations that create opportunities for students to apply AI in real-world settings through hands-on projects, mentorship, internships, and collaborations that connect learning with meaningful industry experience. 

Resource Partners

We partner with organizations whose mission is to provide high-quality learning materials, such as tools, curriculum, videos, project ideas, and more to students so they can learn AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and engaging. 

Faculty Advisors

Advisors provide institutional continuity, monitoring policy compliance and financial oversight, and securing necessary event approvals. Faculty or staff are asked to be supportive mentors, not necessarily AI experts.

Institutional Collaborations

Chapters collaborate with other campus departments, such as the Library or Career Center, for workshops or operational units for practical, real-world projects.

Resource Platform

Each chapter gets its own space in our customized online platform to: 

• manage memberships and club communications

• host events and activities

• interact with other club and chapter leaders

• access a library of free, vetted tools, courses, curriculum, videos, projects, and reusable assets.
