Track and Field Day Camp

Liberty University’s Track & Field Day Camp offers a dynamic and immersive experience for aspiring athletes. Participants will receive expert coaching and training from our esteemed coaching staff and current NCAA Division I athletes. This one-day camp is designed to provide focused instruction in specific events, including:
Distance (800m–3200m)
Sprints
Hurdles
Jumps
Throws
Pole Vault
Campers will have the opportunity to train at Liberty’s state-of-the-art indoor track facility and gain valuable insights into what it takes to compete at the collegiate level. The program is tailored for middle and high school students who are committed to advancing their skills and pursuing excellence in track & field.
