Runs for XC Camp 2026
We will do one campus run and then two off campus runs + a Hill Repeat on Monogram road. We are excited to add another off campus run.
Wednesday - Glow Run around Campus
Thursday - Run at Thomas Jefferson's House - Poplar Forest
Friday - Hill workout on Monogram Road
Saturday - Long Run @ Piney River
Activities for XC Camp 2026
We have seen the importance for athletes to have an evening to chat with coaches casually. We will be adding Mini-Golf + Mr. Goodies (Ice cream location in Lynchburg). This will be a great night for athletes to have an ice cream social with coaches and athletes at a local and college favorite location (and who doesn't love ice cream).
Activities will look like this
Wednesday - Introductions and Games,
Friday - Mini Golf + Rookies (Ice Cream Social)
Saturday - Chocolate Milk Post Long Run
Teaching Sessions
We love getting a chance to talk training and the importance of all the other things that can impact your training. Our coaches will lead sessions on training, nutrition, injury prevention, and more.
Capacity Limitations
We love seeing our camp grow and we have been seeing growth every year. With that being said, we are setting our capacity of our Cross Country Camp at 100 athletes for the 2025 season.
