We are excited to add a few different run locations for 2023 + a workout for camp! We will do one trail run at camp and then two off campus runs + a Hill Repeat on Monogram road. We are excited to add another off campus run.

Camp runs will look like this - Run at Thomas Jeffsson's home Poplar Forest, Workout on Monogram road (on Campus), Run at Piney River.

Thursday - Run at Thomas Jefferson's House - Poplar Forest , Friday - Hill workout on Monogram Road , Saturday - Piney River

Runs will be flatter for 2024 besides the Hill Workout of course.

Activities for XC Camp 2024

We have seen the importance for athletes to have an evening to chat with coaches casually. We will be adding Mini-Golf + Rookies (Ice cream location in Lynchburg). This will be a great night for athletes to have an ice cream social with coaches and athletes at a local and college favorite location (and who doesn't love ice cream).

Activities will look like this

Wednesday - Introductions and Games, Thursday - Snowflex, Friday - Mini Golf + Rookies (Ice Cream Social), Saturday - Chocolate Milk Post Long Run

Our athletes love being involved with camp so we are excited those who register for camp will get to hang our with our athletes as their counselors. Our counselors may be selling concession items in their dorms as well.

We love getting a chance to talk training and the importance of all the other things that can impact your training. Our coaches will lead sessions on training, nutrition, injury prevention, and more.
