Il primo evento di formazione congiunta dello staff (C2) in Bulgaria:
”Abbandono e dispersione scolastica. Politiche, strategie e azioni educative di prevenzione e intervento dentro e fuori la scuola. Misure di contrasto alla dispersione scolastica e di potenziamento all'inclusione: didattica applicativa con strumenti ICT e digitali"
La prima mobilità dei docenti si è svolta dal 25 al 27 maggio 2022. La scuola bulgara "Boyan Penev" di Sofia (Bulgaria), partner di progetto, ha ospitato una delegazione di 12 docenti italiani, n.6 dall'Istituto Comprensivo “De Amicis- Baccelli” di Sarno e n. 6 dall'Istituto "Toti- Borsi- Giurleo" di Napoli.
L'attività, della durata di n.3 giorni, ha visto i docenti impegnati in uno scambio di informazioni, esperienze, buone pratiche sulle tematiche dell'abbandono e della dispersione scolastica e sul ruolo che le nuove tecnologie possono rivestire quali strumenti di contrasto alla dispersione e di supporto all'inclusione.
The first short-term joint staff training event (C2) in Bulgaria:
"School dropout and early school leaving. Policies, strategies and educational actions of prevention and intervention inside and outside the school. Measures to combat early school leaving and to enhance inclusion: applied teaching with ICT and digital tools"
The first mobility of teachers took place from the 25th to the 27th of May 2022. The Bulgarian school "Boyan Penev" of Sofia (Bulgaria), project partner, hosted a delegation of 12 Italian teachers, 6 from the coordinating school, the Comprehensive Institute “De Amicis- Baccelli” of Sarno and n.6 from the "Toti- Borsi- Giurleo" Institute of Naples.
The activity, lasting 3 days, saw the teachers engaged in an exchange of information, experiences, good practices on the issues of school dropout, early school leaving and on the role that new technologies can play as tools to contrast the dropout and to support inclusion.
По време на преподавателския обмен в България, италианските колеги пристигнаха на един от най-големите български празници – Денят на българската азбука, просвета и култура и на слявянската книжовност. В училището ни беше организиран голям празник, на който традиционно първокласниците демонстрират какво са научили през първата си година в училище, а зрелостниците биват изпратени с почести и пожелания за успех и бъдеща реализация.
Ще отбележим няколко ключови дейности от посещението, а именно:
Представяне на примерен урок в музея на София, промер за една от мерките, които 125-то училище прилага за превенция на отпадането и повишаването на интереса към учебния процес. Провеждането на уроци в музеи, културни институции и лаборатории е неотменна част от мерките, които са предприети за повишаване на интереса и мотивацията на учениците.
Провеждане на работни срещи с различни училищни екипи с цел обмяна на опит и споделяне на добри практики от страна както на домакините, така и на гостуващите преподаватели.
Посещение на открити педагогически практики по изобразително изкуство - модул керамика, по английски език и ИТ с ученици от 2, 5, 7 и 8 клас.
Цялото посещение протече изключитено ползотворно и приятно за всички участници, установиха са работни взаимоотношения между преподавателите, извлякоха се поуки и възможности за подобряване на собствената работа.
During the teaching exchange in Bulgaria, the Italian colleagues arrived on one of the biggest Bulgarian holidays - the Day of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture and of Slavonic literature. A big celebration was organized at our school, where first-graders traditionally demonstrate what they have learned in their first year at school, and seniors are sent off with honors and wishes for success and future realization.
We will highlight a few key activities from the visit, namely:
1. Presentation of a sample lesson in the museum of Sofia, an example of one of the measures that the 125th school implements to prevent dropouts and increase interest in the learning process. Holding lessons in museums, cultural institutions and laboratories is an integral part of the measures taken to increase the interest and motivation of students.
2. Conducting workshops with different school teams in order to exchange experience and share good practices on the part of both the hosts and the visiting teachers.
3. Visit open pedagogical practices in fine arts - ceramics module, English language and ICT with students from grades 2, 5, 7 & 8.
The entire visit was extremely fruitful and enjoyable for all participants, working relationships were established between the teachers, lessons learned and opportunities to improve one's own work.
Durante lo scambio di insegnanti in Bulgaria, i colleghi italiani sono arrivati in occasione di una delle più grandi festività bulgare: la Giornata dell'alfabeto, dell'educazione e della cultura bulgara e della letteratura slava. Nella nostra scuola è stata organizzata una grande festa, dove tradizionalmente i bambini di prima elementare dimostrano ciò che hanno imparato nel loro primo anno di scuola, e gli anziani vengono espulsi con onori e auguri di successo e realizzazione futura.
Evidenzieremo alcune attività chiave della visita, vale a dire:
1. Presentazione di una lezione campione nel museo di Sofia, un esempio di una delle misure che la 125a scuola attua per prevenire gli abbandoni e aumentare l'interesse nel processo di apprendimento. Lo svolgimento delle lezioni in musei, istituzioni culturali e laboratori è parte integrante delle misure adottate per aumentare l'interesse e la motivazione degli studenti.
2. Conduzione di workshop con diversi team scolastici al fine di scambiare esperienze e condividere buone pratiche sia da parte degli ospiti che degli insegnanti in visita.
3. Visita pratiche pedagogiche aperte nelle belle arti - modulo di ceramica, lingua inglese e TIC con studenti delle classi 2, 5, 7 e 8.
L'intera visita è stata estremamente fruttuosa e piacevole per tutti i partecipanti, si sono instaurati rapporti di lavoro tra gli insegnanti, lezioni apprese e opportunità per migliorare il proprio lavoro.
