Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer at ABC Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role is instrumental in collaborating with the project management team to design, test, and implement Salesforce solutions, meeting project objectives and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce software applications to ensure optimal functionality.

2. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals.

3. Collaborate with various internal departments, including software engineering, data management, and project management, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.

4. Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User and Security Management).

5. Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.

6. Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to track project success and updates.

7. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce updates and features to recommend innovative processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

2. Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.

3. Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.

4. Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL, JavaScript, and other technologies.

5. Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning components, etc.).

6. Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.
