I was born and raised in Pune, India and developed a keen interest in administration at a young age. I pursued this passion at St. Vincent's College of Commerce, where I earned my degree in Commerce, (Business Administration). Throughout my career, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of Customer Relationship Management. From Customer support to Salesforce Administration, my professional journey has been marked by diverse experiences that have honed my skills and deepened my expertise.

In my most recent role as Salesforce Administrator/Lead Associate Operations at WNS Global Services, I have worked as a SITA Salesforce Administrator, Customer Portal Support, Trainer, managed client and operational reports, managed team meetings and minutes, and documents related to Process Flow and procedures.
