💿NCO Handbook

Overview

As an NCO you will be expected to host and lead activities for the regiment. The Promotion Guidelines are at the bottom of the page

Meeting

Now that you are an NCO you are required to attend the Inquisitorius Meeting hosted every Saturday at 5PM EST. If you are unable to make it to the meeting you must fill out a meeting excuse in the meeting-excuse channel in the discord, you will have up to 24 hours after the meeting to fill out an excuse. 

Trainings

As well as being able to host trials you can now host trainings which are a fun way to get the regiment together and doing stuff. Training can be any form of simulation/activity that is not a tryout such as Saber Combat and SOP quizzes, these can be done in the bunks.

You can be creative with trainings, and also cooperate with other battalions to provide better training opportunities

Promotions

Promotions should ideally occur in separate debriefs after events

All promotions must be logged in the Discord by the promotee 

Your Promotions

There is no set quota, and you are not limited to only contributing what is specified on this document, so long as your efforts are witnessed by or relayed to an Officer/Master+

Once you achieve the rank of Lord I, although there is no quota you will be expected to contribute in other ways to the regiment

Your promotions will be based on your activity, your general behavior and attitude, as well as how interactive you are with the regiment
