They help ensure the safety of our base by routing out any potential Jedi/force sensitives hiding within our ranks and dealing with them in a manner they feel appropriate. You must be SFC+ to be considered for selection, you may NOT ask for an invite to FS or you will not be considered for selection for one month.

Off base, the brawlers are stationed on the frontlines as a squad. When battling a lightsaber wielder, the brawlers use electro-blades in melee combat. To become a Purge Brawler you must be the rank of SPC+ and you cant have 2+ strikes.
Duties On Base
Purge Troopers should stand at the entrance of the Inquisitorius bunks commonly referred to as TCP (Temple Checkpoint). and guard it from any non-IQ, Royal Guard, Purge or custom classes without a lightsaber. Participate in public simulations, deliver supplies, run missions via the mission board, respond as needed

When the Jedi is eliminated you report back to your post, remain vigilant for any further Jedi. Remember to be using /comms for important issues, as Communication is key, and without communication the ship might as-well be lost.
Who can go past Temple Checkpoint
Purge Troopers/Royal Guard/Inquisitors
Shock Security - Shock SFC+ may freely cross TCP in the case of an AOS within IQ Bunks, but they are required to comms a message that informs Purge & IQ not to kill them and if you don't see that message, Shock will not be allowed in. Message: [Shock>INQR] Shock will be entering TCP to fulfil an AOS, please standby. K2 droids for Shock are free to guard TCP but are not allowed back into the training area unless fulfilling an AOS, then they must return to TCP. Captain+ may allow any Shock PVT+ to guard TCP with Purge, Captain+ may also grant permission to any member of Shock to fulfill an AOS at TCP but they must make an advert that they have been allowed. The message will look something like this: [Shock>INQR] Shock granted perm to fulfil an AOS at TCP, please standby.
All High Command
DeathTroopers - (They have to be guarding a VIP and only the two highest DT can enter with the VIP. If DT are guarding IQ High Command or SHC, then all guards are alowed past the checkpoint. TI-23 VIPs can enter with all TI-23 currently guarding. (TI-23 VIP's are Naval HCOM)
Senior Commanders
Any CCs with a lightsaber
ISB while doing an investigation
Duties Off Base
Remain with the main force of Inquisitors. Inquisitors have a “defensive rule”, which requires them to form a line to block blaster shots.
If a Jedi is spotted in the area, detach from the Inquisitors and immediately move in to deal with the Jedi by forming a circle around the Jedi
When engaging a Jedi Purge is to follow the silver rule (do not engage while a saber user is engaging a Jedi), If the Jedi gets a moderate distance away Purge may fire at the Jedi to weaken them for the saber user but is to stop once the friendly saber user re-engages the Jedi. Once the person duelling the Jedi dies Purge may engage and kill the Jedi until another saber user duels them.
Secure locations that fall under the jurisdiction of the Inquisitorius (A room with an injured Jedi in it, ETC.)
Purge is allowed to pickup and secure holocrons however inquisitors ALWAYS have priority over Purge for holocrons Disperse any non Inquisitorius away from any Jedi or holocrons unless otherwise specified by a superior
Inquisitorius Trooper Level Job
This level job is apart of the main Purge battalion, it is available to any member of Purge or IQ within the branch, it is not available to members of the Royal Guard or anyone else who is not within Purge or IQ. Someone in the IQ branch does not have to be trained within Purge to be on the job but Purge troopers have priority for the job. While on the the job it follows the exact same rules and SOP as any job within Purge, it follows the same name format for Purge with the exception of if you are a brawler or heavy while on the IQ trooper you would remove your battalion indicator. ( see name examples below) Bodygroup rules listed above also apply to the IQ Trooper.
Name Examples:
Purge HVYTO SGT Example EX00 / Purge BTO SGT Example EX00 would become Purge SGT Example EX00
For members of the IQ branch they are to use their Purge equivalent rank; not their IQ rank. For example:
Overseer Example would become Purge COL Example EX00
The Helmet Rule
Do not take off your helmet outside of Purge bunks. If you are caught doing this you will be punished and if it happens more then once you will be striked and put a "do not promote" for one week continued removal after 1 strike will be an automatic removal from the battalion. HOWEVER, if your helmet is removed by force, or someone sees you without your helmet on that isn’t IQ or Purge, they are considered KOS. Not even ISB may see your face.Troopers are permitted to take their helmets off during medical surgeries. However, Major+/Lord VIII must be present to oversee the surgery to make sure the medical member takes their SMED after seeing their face. If they refuse they are to be executed.
Punishments / Strikes
Strikes can be given out by Officers/Lord VI+ ONLY. Strikes are earned by simply failing to adhere to the rules set before everyone on the SOP. The only way to get strikes removed is to appeal it directly to the Command Team.
Strike 1: Verbal warning and a promotion suspension of an extended 3 days.
Strike 2: Lord/NCO’s will result in a DEMOTION. Apprentices/enlisted will be put on a do not promote for one week.
Strike 3: Removed from Purge, and starting all over again with training, trials, etc. However the waiting requirements will be longer.
Strike 4: DNT (Do Not Train) If actions are severe then strikes can be skipped and moved to straight punishment depending on the decision.
! You can be removed from the battalion without any prior strikes depending on the severity of a violation on a case by case basis !
List Of Punishable Offenses
These rules are subject to change at any time. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you aren’t missing any that are added.

Misuse of equipment (PT or strike depending on severity.)
Leaving/Resigning
You may find that being a Purge trooper doesn’t fit your RP-style or play-style, and that’s perfectly fine. If you are below the rank of 2LT you must fill out a resignation in the IQ roster update channel on discord, anyone who is 2LT+ will need to fill out a resignation in both the command discord and in IQ roster update channel. If you wish to say farewell to your fellow Purge Troopers you may do so, you are not required state a reason for your departure so that no issues are caused because of your departure. If you fail to follow these rules for leaving you will not be permitted back into the battalion for a minimum of a month. If you follow these rules for resigning as a CPT+, then you may be entitled to a reserve rank, but if you do not, you will be ineligible to rejoin the battalion for at least 2 months.
ID Checks
Purge troopers are not exempt from being ID checked. Purge carries a keycard, and on that is written basic info such as rank and callsign. If you are roaming the halls and are ID checked by naval or shock, please present your keycard. You are only allowed to refuse an ID check if you are at the checkpoint, as the troopers conducting the ID check are not allowed to enter, even to check IDs. You also have a redacted ID that is presented only to ISB, this is done through RP when ISB asks to see your redacted ID you would do “/me shows redacted ID”. You may refuse an ID check by ISB if guarding the checkpoint.
