Senior Officers
Senior Officers are directly below Purge Command and are responsible for modelling the Junior Officers into good leaders for the future. Senior Officers are also responsible for training new Junior Officers and Major+ may give permission for Senior NCO's to put in officer applications on the forums, before giving permission for this Senior Officers must be make sure the Senior NCO putting in the application are qualified for officer and have no strikes. Senior Officers also now have the privilege to use the radio during EVENTS ONLY to communicate relevant information. Senior Officers are still expected to host SIM's & training's to keep members of the battalion engaged.
Colonel - COL
Colonels are the supervisors of the Senior Officers, and are expected to report any Senior Officer misconduct to Command.
Able to promote / punish up to CPT
Leads whatever sub-battalion they are in
Works closely with Purge Command
Lieutenant Colonel - LTCOL
Able to promote / punish up to 2LT
Major - MAJ
Able to promote / punish up to CSM
Junior Officers
Junior Officers are the beginning ranks of Purge Command, Junior Officers are tasked with leading NCO's & enlisted and assisting members of the Inquistorious. It is their job to train new NCO's. They work closely with Purge Senior Officers and have the ability to promote enlisted and NCO's. They can also be given the opportunity to be ground command. Junior Officers are tasked with keeping the ranks below them engaged in the battalion with trainings, missions and sims From the rank of 2LT+ Before Demoting/striking a member you must inform them that they can appeal the decision directly to Inquisitorius Command.
Captain - CPT
Captains are the supervisors of the Junior Officers, and are expected to report any Junior Officer misconduct to Senior Officers.
Able to promote / punish up to SGM
First Lieutenant - 1LT
You are expected to monitor senior NCOs and are expected to report senior NCO misconduct to a Captain. Make sure you promote NCO's properly, do not let enlisted reach the rank of SGT if they are not ready or promote NCO's who are not meeting expectations.
Able promote / punish up to SFC
Second Lieutenant - 2LT:
You should be monitoring NCO's, you should also give recommendations for promotions to your other officers.

Senior Non-Commissioned Officers
Senior NCO's are experienced NCO's and are expected to teach the Junior NCOs more leadership skills they also can train new NCO's. Senior NCO's are seen as Junior NCO supervisors. You are to monitor them and report any good or bad attributes that they display to Officers. They work closely with Junior Officers & Officers to improve general status of the battalion. All Senior NCO's can promote up to PFC but they cannot do any punishments.
Command Sergeant Major - CSM (Able to Promote to PFC)
Command Sergeant Majors are viewed as the leaders of all Junior and Senior NCOs. Most NCOs and enlisted will come to you for guidance, Information, questions...etc. You should also plan out what you want to do differently as a Junior Officer.
Sergeant Major - SGTMAJ (Able to Promote to SPC)
You should be helping other NCO's with tryouts as well as giving recommendations for promotions to officers.
Master Sergeant - MSGT (Able to Promote to SPC)
Master Sergeants are tasked with teaching Junior NCO's and the current NCO's we have, reporting any issues to Junior Officer Ranks, or a Senior NCO.
Non-Commissioned Officers:
Non-Commissioned Officers are expected to have a good understanding of the battalion and its rules. You are to teach the enlisted the duties of an NCO, and lead by example. NCO's are to be focusing on tryouts and managing the enlisted.
Sergeant First Class - SFC
Sergeant First Class is one step away from being a Senior NCO. You should be fully capable of leading and setting the example for day-to-day operations.
Staff Sergeant - SSGT
Staff Sergeants still carry out the duties of Sergeant, It's simply just a rank where you can get more experience as a NCO
Sergeant - SGT
Sergeant is the first NCO rank, and as such you are expected to start familiarizing yourself with most of the rules and SOP to answer any questions enlisted may have and lead by example.
Senior Enlisted
Senior enlisted are at the rank of LCPL & CPL, They are expected to work with the SGT's on tryouts, Leading, and incentivizing ideas for people to join the battalion. They are to work with the Non-Commissioned Officers, they are still considered enlisted should be preparing themselves for the rank of sergeant.
Corporal - CPL
Corporal is one rank away from NCO, and as such you are expected to show a lot of leadership potential.
Lance Corporal - LCPL
Lance Corporal is the rank where you need to pay attention to what the NCO's do, how they work, and how to conduct tryouts.
Enlisted
Enlisted are expected to learn the ins and outs of the Inquistorious, They are encouraged to ask questions and understand their limits and what Purge has to offer later in the chain of command.
Specialist - SPC
At the rank of SPC, You are able to join a sub-battalion within Purge.
Private First Class - PFC
Private First Class is not much different from Private, however you are expected to have some familiarity with the rules and what your role within Purge is.
Private - PVT
Your job is to learn from those above you in Purge and learning the ropes around the battalion, You should be up to date on the SOP, as-well as other documents and you should know the primary duties of your job.
