Proposed Compensation

We earn a success fee of the gross sale that is paid at a time prior to the beginning of salvage operations. We ask for no advance marketing fees. This will cost you nothing until you accept a satisfactory offer, and the transactions are closed.

Once an onsite inspection is completed, we will provide you with a best evaluation based upon current market prices. The next step will be to develop cost pricing for purchase of the land and track structure. The salvage is worth dollars. We will develop number estimates both for costs and profits. Our fees normally obtained as a percentage of the final balance after out-of-pocket expense. The remaining proceeds will go to the agency, railroad, or trail organization.

Upon completion of the rail salvage, the roadbed will be left in a smooth condition that prevents the pooling of water. In other words, the railbed is prepared for trail development.
