Innovative Rail Partners L.L.C. is ready to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to all of your abandonment and rail asset management needs.  Our staff has a combined 100 plus years of experience in the railroad industry. We know what will "really work" in today’s railroad environment and we are driven to carry out both pragmatic and cost-effective operations.  We understand the language, methods, and procedures unique to the railway industry.

Our wealth of experience in railway corridor preservation allows us to expedite projects that otherwise would stall or become cost-prohibitive.  We work with most major railroads and short lines in asset disposition. As an added service, we often called upon to act as a public works/railroad liaison. 

Many railroads have previously called upon us to provide skills lacking in their own organizations. Others have enlisted our assistance to conduct studies, prepare reports, or testify before public tribunals. The railroads do this knowing that our objective approach and technical skills will provide them with the proper guidance. They are confident we can identify appropriate solutions for their problems or provide alternatives used in establishing future corporate policy.
