Innovative Rail Partners L.L.C. welcomes Johnny Mack and Martha Morrow as Pro Bono Consultants. Johnny Mack is one of the longest served coongressman in the State of Alabama. He and Martha have been in various business ventures including hospitality, health, and agricultural industries.  

Innovative Rail Partners L.L.C. was created by three partners. All three have unique skills and capabilities that allow the company to provide turnkey full-service rail trail conversions. We would rather operate a railroad than salvage it when there are customers to serve.     We offer the following: 

1. Expertise- We have started, managed, or operated a number of light density lines. Our team has also participated in 47 rail trail projects over the past 32 years.

2. Financial Capability- We can buy the rail line from the railroad owner and sell or donate it back to the trail group once the salvage and trail ready or completed trail are finished.

3. Transparency- We are flexible in helping your project go from idea to reality. Honesty, integrity, and communication are all mantras of our company. We don't collect our payment until we complete what we agree to do.

We also are looking for Larger Railroad Operations, Rail Switching, and general railroad salvage projects.
