The mission seeks to share best practices with STEM/STEAM teachers through Capacity Building in the teaching of 21st Century teaching
Taking part in one of the prestigious opportunities for Professionals like teachers in the leading Universities in the United States gave us the mindset and experience to want to share with our colleagues in our respective communities.
Looking back at how STEM was taught to us in our days as students and how new teachers in the field still manage the teaching of STEM by applying the Teacher-centered method urged us to come together while putting resources together and plan for the implementation of the sharing of skills acquired from our Professional Development through the Fulbright TEA program.
This project is our first since after our return from the FTEA program to give back to our fellow STEM colleagues.
Our intention and goal as Educators is:
To put in place a system of Continuous Professional Development course for Teachers and school Administrators
To establish a Learning Model which is able to go through four different MODULES beginning with Module 1 for this session which is scheduled for the 17th of August 2022.
It's always premodial that all parties concerned in the teaching and learning process become aware of ways to make it equitable.
An equitable education is one in which every student receives what they need in order to develop their full academic, social-emotional, and civic potential.
Our mission as Educators is to accompany other Educators professionally in a Continuous learning process so these latter could in turn accompany their learners in an equitable manner through our Educational Support Framework for Educators

A Successful Maiden Training Workshop of some 50 selected Teachers from the STEM/STEAM Fields took place on the 17th of August 2022 in Yaounde at SINAHA Hotel.
Forbang Emmanuel and Tabot Delphine sat and conceived this marvelous idea which later became a reality.
We decided to put resources together; both financial and material, to make this happen. At first it sounded a very crazy idea especially after looking at the financial constraint.
However, we had this positive urge to do things by looking at the impact the effect of the project will have on our students through these teachers. That alone led us to sacrifice our resources to be able to push through.
Though it costed us about $1000 to finance this project, we were supported with resources by some well-wishers.
We thank all who gave us their support.
