Crawl - understand fundamental limitations across ESG and AI within the organisation
Walk - provide the manual capability to provide in-depth reporting and initiative identification
Run - automate reporting capability, ensure compliance and initiative value realisation
Fly - provide in-depth insights to deliver additional business value via ESG initiatives
The following phases of the platform evolution are considered:
KPI tracking based on manual systems with a limited recommendation engine for generic improvements
Industry benchmarking (KPI) against other customers using obfuscated data, recommendations a little more tailored (industry specific)
In-depth tailoring where a more tailored approach with detailed and structured data ingestion and training (semi-structured, semi-supervised) providing detailed reporting
Full compliance reporting based on action plans provides an ability to align, report on compliance, extend beyond the known and unlock the solution's full potential.
NOTE: partnerships with other firms that specialise in AI adoption and ESG compliance will enable niche capability development and further revenue streams.
