Welcome to the INNATE IMMUNITY DRUG DISCOVERY LAB

at GHAIST, Gachon University.

Our laboratory investigates the molecular mechanisms of innate immunity,

with a primary focus on NLRP3 inflammasome biology,

Regnase-1-mediated post-transcriptional regulation,

and natural product-based drug discovery.

Our goal is to bridge Korean traditional medicine and modern

immunopharmacology to develop novel therapeutics for

inflammatory diseases, neurodegeneration, and aging.

We are located at Lee Gil Ya Cancer and Diabetes Institute, Songdo, South Korea.
