This is the menu I set out to create, and I’m proud to have had great success in delivering it. The menu may be small, but it certainly packs a punch. All our naans are 12 inches—or at least 200g dough balls—made fresh every morning for service. They’re enriched with yoghurt, whole milk, and eggs, so they are not vegan.
Our curry gravies are all homemade, crafted with vegan cream or coconut milk, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Fresh salads are prepared daily to complete the experience. You’ll find this menu at our Taproom, Brewery, and Pub pop-ups.
We also put on non-menu specials. A fan favourite is our Nizza (Naan, Curry-based pizza), Toor Dhall, Poppadom, Biryani burrito
This isn’t too dissimilar from my flagship menu, but here I use vegan naans from a trusted supplier, and the salads—while still fresh—are kept simpler. The main reason for this is speed of service. It tastes amazing, looks amazing, and truthfully, even if I didn’t own the business, I’d choose it for my wedding.
