In 2013, during a break from university, I ventured into the captivating realm of India, where the remarkable cuisine left an indelible mark on my soul. Inspired by the incredible flavours and rich culinary traditions I encountered during my travels, I embarked on a mission to bring the essence of Indian cuisine back home. Thus, Indriya Kitchen was born—a food stall where the authentic taste of India comes alive with a Western twist.
With a focus on tandoori naan wraps, I spent a long time developing a recipe that has the elasticity to fold, alongside curry sauces with the depth of flavour and aromatic spices to transport you to the vibrant streets of India. Indriya Kitchen is a celebration of my passion for India and its cuisine, inviting you to experience the incredible journey of flavours that captured my heart all those years ago.
