Who We Are

With nearly 30 years experience in instructor-led Desktop Applications training facilitation, as well as technical IT Support, Ivan has been using Microsoft products since 1993, having utilised all versions of Microsoft Windows over the ensuing decades, all the way from Windows 3.1 right up to the latest 21st Century versions, Windows 10 & the recently released Windows 11.

Ivan is a CompTIA A+ Certified PC Technician, has both ICDL & SETA accreditation and has also completed a Train The Trainer Course for instructor-led facilitation.

He is proficient in Basic, Intermediate & Advanced levels of many of the most popular Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 , 2021 & 2024 desktop applications, as well as the online cloud-based versions of Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365).

He has previously facilitated both on-site (classroom) & online (MS Teams) instructor-led training sessions on the various Microsoft Office applications for a wide variety of corporate, business & governmental clients over the last 10 years, mainly located in Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga & North-West Province, and has also travelled to the Eastern Cape, Cape Province, Kwa-Zulu-Natal, Northern Cape & Orange Free State as & when required.
